Nowadays, the number of people who tend to stay up late is increasing,whether teenagers or adults.The main reason for them is that they have someting didn't finish on the day.
The doctor says that "sleep is crucial for concentration, memory formation, and repairing and rejuvenating the cells of the body. Both mentally and physically, a good night's sleep is essential for our health and our energy." However, If you stay up late, you won't get as much sleep as you need, which can almost guarantee that you will be tired during the day. If you are tired, you can't concentrate as well on what you'll be learning or doing that day,especially a student like me.What's more,the lack of sleep can also affect your health.
So,This essay aims to talk about the reason why people would like to stay uo late and how does our health and life quality will be influenced by staying up late.
