There are different views about the tought of AS-B students of our school. A small number of students think that our school is wonderful and they really enjoy the time during the school. However, the vast majority of students believe that our school also has many worthy to correct it. Student A thinks that our school organize overmuch activities,because we only have twenty days for preparing our CIE test,we don't have adequate time to join the club or listen to the lecture. Students B thinks that time for the lunch is not planned well. Some of our students wait for a long time,even if they cannot consume any dishes.

B The number of people who tend to stay up late is increasing, whether teenagers or adults. The main reason for them is that they have something didn't finish on the day.

A (1) The lack of sleep will effect people's healthy
(2)If you didn't get as much sleep as you need, you will be tired during the day and have no spirit to do anything

(2)If you don't finish the day's tasks,you will have more things to do in the evening.

A Staying up late will effect people's healthy, work efficiency and you will feel very tried during the next day.
Nowadays, the number of people who tend to stay up late is increasing,whether teenagers or adults.The main reason for them is that they have someting didn't finish on the day.
The doctor says that "sleep is crucial for concentration, memory formation, and repairing and rejuvenating the cells of the body. Both mentally and physically, a good night's sleep is essential for our health and our energy." However, If you stay up late, you won't get as much sleep as you need, which can almost guarantee that you will be tired during the day. If you are tired, you can't concentrate as well on what you'll be learning or doing that day,especially a student like me.What's more,the lack of sleep can also affect your health.
So,This essay aims to talk about the reason why people would like to stay uo late and how does our health and life quality will be influenced by staying up late.
In 20 to 50 years,I think the world's population is exploding, wild species are vanishing, and our environment is degrading.
